1. Business Days
Please note that the official business days at Loxord are Sunday through Thursday.
Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays are considered non-working days for both Loxord employees and our partner shipping companies.
At Loxord, our mission is to provide you with the finest shopping experience.
We work diligently to make your delivery smooth and timely, because your convenience is our top priority.
2. Delivery Method & Timeline
Loxord partners with trusted third-party couriers to ensure your orders are shipped and delivered promptly and securely.

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location.

Urgent Orders: For express delivery requests, please contact our Customer Service Team — we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Upon delivery, our courier will request your signature on the invoice to confirm receipt.
Delivery will be made to the registered shipping address, and the signature of any individual present at that address will be considered confirmation of delivery.
If no one is available to receive your order, please contact our Customer Service to arrange a new delivery time.
Please note:

We can only attempt delivery twice per order.

Loxord cannot be held responsible for orders unclaimed beyond 7 days from the first delivery attempt.
3. Order Fulfillment

In-stock Orders: Processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

Custom-made Orders: Fulfilled according to the production time specified on each product’s description page.
Delivery costs are:

Automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location, or

Quoted separately for special or custom orders and reflected in your final invoice.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates, starting from the shipping date, not the order date, and may vary depending on:

Whenever possible, Loxord will make every effort to fulfill and dispatch your order within 5 business days of purchase.
However, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in delays.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout once you have added your desired items to your cart and entered your delivery address.
