Return & Refund Policy

At Loxord, your satisfaction is our priority.
We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products and want you to enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:


1. General Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return for any purchased item.

Return shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to you during the return process.


2. Returns Due to Defects or Damage

If your item:

  • Arrives defective,

  • Does not function properly,

  • Does not match the product description,

  • Is fake, or

  • Is damaged during shipping,

You have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt free of charge.
Once the return is processed and approved, the full value of the item will be refunded within 14 working days using the original method of payment.


3. Return Conditions

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging and factory-sealed (if applicable).

  • All accessories, tags, and labels are included and in their original condition.

  • Any gifts or promotional items that were included with the purchase are also returned.

  • For electronic or personalized products, any passwords or security locks have been removed prior to return.

Products returned without these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with (not including transportation damage).

  • Products not in their original packaging.

  • Products missing accessories or labels.

  • Unsealed items from specific product categories, as indicated on the product page.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued within 14 working days from approval to your original payment method.
