1. General
Loxord is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely and professional manner.
When a customer cancels without sufficient notice, it prevents another client from being served and affects the overall service experience.
To maintain fairness and efficiency, Loxord has implemented the following cancellation policy, which will be strictly enforced.
2. Full Payment
Your registration or order will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payments may be made online or in person.
Please note that Loxord cannot reserve or process any order without full payment.
Once your registration or purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email serving as proof of payment and registration.
3. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted via phone, email, online form, or in person.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.

4. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of payment.
If your request is approved, the full paid amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days from the date of approval.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sayd@loxord.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at sayd@loxord.com and we will request a shipping carrier to return the item.
Returns shipping is free of charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
