Refund policy

An object may return to the house within 14 days of delivery — unused, unmarked, in its original packaging, with its archive card.

Write to sayd@loxord.com with the order number before sending anything. Once the object arrives and is examined, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping is carried by the sender unless the house erred.

Objects showing wear, and objects marked as final in their listing, remain with their keeper. Patina acquired in use is not a defect.
