POLICIES
Every object leaves the House by hand. What follows is how it travels, and what is ours to answer for on the way.
Dispatch
Orders are prepared within two to five working days of payment being confirmed. Objects made or finished to order state their own preparation time on their page; that time is added to this one. You will receive a confirmation when your order is accepted and a second message, with tracking, when it leaves us.
Transit
Delivery times quoted anywhere on this site are estimates given in good faith by our carriers, not guarantees. Once an object is with a carrier, its progress is in that carrier's hands. Customs inspection, weather, strikes and the ordinary friction of borders can extend a journey, and none of these are within our control.
We ship worldwide except where we are prohibited from doing so by law or sanction, or where no carrier will accept the route.
Duties, taxes and import charges
Prices shown at checkout cover the object and the shipping method you choose. They do not include import duties, customs fees, handling charges or local taxes raised where the object arrives. Those are set by the destination's authorities, not by us, and they are the recipient's responsibility. They are payable to the carrier or the authority directly, usually on or before delivery.
If a parcel is refused at its destination, or abandoned because these charges are not paid, it may be returned to us or destroyed at the carrier's discretion. Where it returns to us, we will refund the object less the shipping we paid in both directions and any charges levied against us. Where it is destroyed, we cannot refund it.
Addresses
We ship to the address you give us, exactly as you give it to us. Please read it back before you pay. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change its destination. If an address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel returns to us, we will refund the object less shipping, or send it again once the outward shipping is paid a second time.
Risk and loss
Risk in an object passes to you when it, or someone you have appointed, takes physical possession of it. Until then it is ours. If a tracked parcel stops moving, or arrives damaged, tell us within thirty days of the last tracking event or of delivery. We will open a claim with the carrier and, where the loss or damage is confirmed, replace the object or refund it in full — including the shipping you paid.
Parcels recorded as delivered but not found are treated case by case, in good faith, with the carrier's evidence in hand.
Uncollected and undeliverable
Carriers hold parcels for a limited period before returning them. Watch your tracking. A parcel returned to us as uncollected is handled as an incorrect address above.
Writing to us
Anything about a shipment: saydhajjaj@gmail.com, with your order number. We answer in the order questions arrive.
Last revised 4 August 2026.
An object should be lived with before it is judged. If it is not for you, it can come back.
The window
You may withdraw from your purchase for any reason within fourteen days of the day you, or someone you appointed, received the object. Tell us within those fourteen days by writing to saydhajjaj@gmail.com with your order number and, if you wish, the reason. A clear statement is enough; you owe us no explanation.
Once we acknowledge your withdrawal, send the object back within a further fourteen days. We will confirm the return address in writing — please do not send anything back before you hear from us, as unannounced returns cannot be traced to you and cannot be refunded.
The condition
To be refunded in full, an object must return in the state it reached you: unused beyond the handling needed to examine it, with its tags, its dust bag and its box, and with no marks of wear. Leather takes a hand quickly — please examine an object as you would in a shop, not as you would on a journey.
Where an object comes back showing use beyond that examination, we may reduce the refund in proportion to the loss in its value, and we will tell you plainly how we arrived at the figure.
What cannot come back
- Objects made, cut, stamped, monogrammed or otherwise finished to your instruction.
- Objects sealed for hygiene where that seal has been broken.
- Gift cards.
- Care products whose seal has been broken.
These exclusions do not apply where the object is faulty or was not what we described.
Who pays the return
A return by choice travels at your cost, by a tracked method — until it reaches us it remains your risk, and an untracked return that never arrives cannot be refunded. A return because an object is faulty, damaged or not what we sent travels at ours: we will provide the label.
The refund
We inspect returns on arrival and write to you either way. Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original method of payment within fourteen days of our receiving the object, for the price of the object and the standard outward shipping you paid. Express shipping you chose to upgrade to is not refunded. How quickly the money appears after we release it is your bank's affair, not ours.
Import duties and taxes you paid at the destination are not ours to refund — you may be able to reclaim them from the authority that levied them, and we will provide whatever paperwork helps.
Faults, and the guarantee of conformity
Every object is inspected before it leaves. If one reaches you faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, write to us within thirty days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it, repair it, or refund it in full — your choice where the fault is material, and always including shipping both ways.
Beyond that first month, an object that fails through a defect in its making or materials is covered for two years from delivery. This does not cover ordinary wear, the deepening of colour, the softening of leather, damage from misuse, accident, water or heat, or the ordinary consequences of a life well used — those are the object changing, not failing.
Exchanges
The cleanest exchange is a refund and a fresh order — it holds your place in stock rather than waiting on a return in transit. Where you would rather exchange directly, write to us and we will arrange it if the object you want is held.
Your rights in law
Nothing written here reduces any right you hold as a consumer under the law that applies where you live, including any longer withdrawal or guarantee period that law gives you. Where this document and that law disagree, that law wins.

These terms govern your use of this site and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them once.
The House
This site is operated by the House of Loxord ("the House", "we", "us"). You can reach us at any time at saydhajjaj@gmail.com.
Who may order
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you must give information that is true, current and complete. We may decline or cancel any order — including after it is placed — where we suspect fraud, where an object turns out to be unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where shipping to your destination would breach a law or a sanction. Where we cancel, we refund in full and without delay.
Objects, colour and description
We describe every object as carefully as we can, and photograph it as honestly as a screen allows. Screens differ. Leather and cloth vary from hide to hide and bolt to bolt, and that variance is the material's, not a fault. Dimensions are approximate and given to the nearest sensible unit. Nothing on this site is a promise that an object is fit for a purpose you have not told us about.
Editions
Where an object is described as part of an edition, that number is the number we intend to make. An edition may close early. It will not be enlarged.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency you are served, and they may change before you order — never after. They do not include import duties or local taxes raised at the destination, which are described in our shipping policy. Payment is taken by our payment providers, not by us; we never see or hold your full card details. An order becomes a contract when we send you an acceptance, not when the payment page clears.
If an object is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will tell you before we do anything else and let you confirm the correct price or cancel.
Delivery, returns and faults
How objects travel is set out in our shipping policy. How they come back, and what we owe you if one is faulty, is set out in our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
What belongs to the House
The name LOXORD, the marks, the objects' designs, the photography, the text and the arrangement of this site belong to the House or to those who licensed them to us. You may look, and you may share a link. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell or train a model on any of it without our written permission.
Using the site
Do not attempt to breach this site's security, overload it, extract its data by automated means, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may withdraw access from anyone who does.
What we are answerable for
We are answerable for loss we cause you by failing to meet these terms or by lack of reasonable care — that is not something we try to escape. We are not answerable for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss of profit or business, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control: war, civil unrest, natural disaster, epidemic, carrier or customs action, or the failure of a public network. Where such an event prevents us performing, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for what we cannot deliver.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any consumer right the law gives you.
Your privacy
What we collect and why is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may amend these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs it, and the date of the last change is shown below.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the House is established, and disputes may be brought before its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, nor of your right to bring proceedings there.
Before anything formal, please write to us. Most things are a misunderstanding, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Odds and ends
If any part of these terms proves unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between us.
